Jake contacted me immediately when I expressed interest in one of his properties. I didn't buy that one, but he did a great job helping me to find a lovely home. He was expert in helping me consider the pros and cons of the properties we looked at, always had more for me to see but never rushed a visit. Jake saved me a big chunk of money with his negotiation skills, going to bat for me on several things I wanted from the seller and we got most of them. I referred Jake to a friend before I'd even found my house.
